Return & Exchange Policy
At QVÉY, we strive to satisfy each of our customers. However, if you want to return the product for any reason, follow the steps below, and you can easily exchange/return any Qvéy product. We want this procedure to be hassle-free and simple for you.
- Returns & Exchanges will be accepted for items where the service is initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Products purchased on sale/offer can only be exchanged for a different size or colour.
- Products purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Offer are not returnable. Only size exchanges will be accepted.
- Qvéy charges no additional fees for the pick-up and delivery of the products exchanged/returned for the first time.
- Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.
- Ensure that the garment is clean and has not been used or damaged in any capacity. Only if our team finds the returned product in perfect condition can we further the return/exchange procedure.
- Once you submit a return request via this link, someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is defective or damaged. For all other returns, a store credit of the same value will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.
- We will initiate the refund process within 24 hours of products reaching our warehouse (in original condition). It may take up to 7-10 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at itsqvey@gmail.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Can I change my order or address?
If you need to change your delivery address or item(s), please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.
Will I be charged for duties and taxes?
For orders shipped within India,all taxes are included in the price—there areno additional duties at the time of delivery.
Why are some items missing from the delivery?
We may ship items separately if they come from different warehouses.

How do I return or exchange an item?
