What’s my order status?

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at itsqvey@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation won’t be possible.
Can I change my order or address?
If you need to change your delivery address or item(s), please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
Will I be charged for duties & taxes?
For orders shipped within India, all taxes are included in the price—no extra duties at delivery.
Why are some items missing from the delivery?
We may ship items separately if they’re from different warehouses. Check your email for separate tracking numbers. Still missing something? Contact us at itsqvey@gmail.com.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Fill out our returns form here or email itsqvey@gmail.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it anytime under “My Orders” on qvey.com.
Why is my order not arriving within the estimated timeframe?
Occasionally, delays may happen due to weather, courier issues, or festivals. If it’s been more than 2 days past the estimated date, reach out to itsqvey@gmail.com for assistance.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise it with the courier. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
PAYMENT & PROMOTION
Why did my payment fail or get rejected?
Payment failures can happen due to insufficient funds, card limits, or network issues. Try using a different payment method or contact your bank. If the issue persists, email itsqvey@gmail.com
What payment options do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and leading wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.
Does QVEY offer promotions?
Yes! Watch out for exclusive offers on our website, Instagram, and newsletter. Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
Is my discount still valid if I make a return?
If you return an item purchased with a promo code, the discount will only apply to the items you keep. If a return lowers your order value below the promo threshold, your refund may be adjusted accordingly.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
